By accessing this website, or the workspace, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use On Demand Visionary Workspaces' website, or workspace, if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page. On Demand Visionary Workspaces reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Member’s will be notified if there is a change or update. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:

Membership Code of Conduct Each On Demand Visionary Workspaces member will be expected to be respectful to the space at all times. The member is expected to report damage in furniture, walls, or anything owned by On Demand Visionary Workspaces. Each member is expect to treat other members, contacts, and On Demand Visionary Workspaces employees with respect at all times. Yelling, screaming, cursing, intimidation tactics, or violence is unacceptable and can result in a revocation of membership with no notice and with no refund. Each member is expected to be respectful of all other members, and contacts, belongings. Any destruction or stealing of another member or contact’s belongings can result in a revocation of membership with no notice and no refund. If another member’s belongings are found in the space, please take them to the reception area. The On Demand Visionary Workspaces location is under 24/7 video surveillance and this surveillance can, and will, be used in the case of stolen items or a code of conduct violation. The revocation of a membership, or other disciplinary action, will be 100% decided by the management at On Demand Visionary Workspaces. Children in the Workspace As a professional place of business, children are not permitted in the workspace unless otherwise approved by the management of On Demand Visionary Workspaces. Use of Internet/WIFI The use of Internet/WIFI is available for all Members, and contacts, using the space at On Demand Visionary Workspaces. The Internet/WIFI is available for appropriate use only. Any inappropriate, or illegal, use of the Internet/WIFI at On Demand Visionary Workspaces could result in the revocation of a Membership, and/or an individual losing the ability to use any On Demand Visionary Workspaces service in the future. If this situation arises, the decision about appropriate Internet/WIFI usage, and disciplinary action that may be taken, will be made solely by management at On Demand Visionary Workspaces. On Demand Visionary Workspaces has partnered with a local IT provider. This IT provider will be does have the ability to monitor internet activity, and will make sure that nothing damaging will be attached to the WIFI of On Demand Visionary Workspaces. This IT provider will also have the ability to remote in to a Member’s computer and help them, if permission is given by the Member. Their may be a cost associated with the remote service. That decision will be made by the IT provider and not by On Demand Visionary Workspaces Office Manager/Receptionist Service On Demand Visionary Workspaces will provide an Office Manager/Receptionist service from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. If you are in the space outside of this time, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to provide in person services. On Demand Visionary Workspaces will observe the following holidays:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- United States Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day The Office Manager/Receptionist will not be available on these days. If an Office Manager/Receptionist will not be available at any time outside what is stated, Management at On Demand Visionary Workspaces will let members know through email, a newsletter, or a posting in the workspace. Website Reservation and Membership System On Demand Visionary Workspaces uses a third party as a Membership and reservation platform. This platform is called Nexudus. This system can be used by both Members and contacts. The information that a Member or contact puts into this system is secured by Nexudus. This information may be used by On Demand Visionary Workspaces to send newsletters, advertisements, marketing materials, or other information with Members and contacts. All information gathered through this program will not be shared, with any other sources, without written consent from the Member or contact. This system allows public and private conversations to be had via a Message Board. On Demand Visionary Workspaces expects its Members to use this Message Board feature in an appropriate manner. If there are questions about the appropriateness of a post on the Message Board, the decision about the appropriateness will be made solely by the management at On Demand Visionary Workspaces. If it is deemed that a Member has used the Message Board feature inappropriately, disciplinary action can be taken up to and including revocation of a Membership. Use of Space (Office Membership) This membership allows one Member to use their assigned office space(s) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It also gives the Member access to the Co-working Space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The member will be provided with an entry code or device that will give you access to the spaces your membership dictates. The members with an office space membership will be provided with a desk and a chair. All other furniture, or tools used in the space must be provided by the member. The member is welcome to bring in their own desk and chair, at the discretion of On Demand Visionary Workspaces management. For every additional Member that is using the same office space, their will be an additional charge of $50 per Member per month. This $50 will be added to the cost of the office space and will be billed with each invoice each month. This $50 per month cost will provide a desk and a chair to this member also. The number of members that can have access to each office space varies based on the square footage of each office space. The decision of how many members can be in each office space is made by On Demand Visionary Workspaces Management. The member can hang things on the walls, but these things must be hung using a non-invasive method. Members cannot use nails, screws, any type of tape that will take the paint off the walls or any other method that will make marks or holes in the walls. It is recommended that the member uses Command Strips to hang things on the walls. If a member does not respect the space they have access to, On Demand Visionary Workspaces reserves the right to remove the member from the space with no notice and no refund. If the Member’s space has been severely damaged, On Demand Visionary Workspaces reserves the right to hold the Member financially accountable for the damage that has been done. Use of Space (24/7 Co-Working Membership) This membership allows access and use of the Co-working Space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The member will be provided with an entry code or device that will give you access to the space(s) you have access to. This membership does not provide access to a private office. These members do not have assigned seats in the co-working space. It is open seating.
Use of Space (3 Days a Week Membership) This membership allows access and use of the Co-working Space 3 days a week. The days this membership gives access are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week. This membership access will be available from 12:01am to 11:59pm on those days. You will be provided with an entry code or device that will give you access to the space(s) you have access to, during these times. This membership does not provide access to a private office. These members do not have assigned seats in the co-working space. It is open seating.
Use of Space (2 Days a Week Membership) This membership allows access and use of the Co-working Space 2 days a week. The days this membership gives access are Tuesday and Thursday. This membership access will be available from 12:01am to 11:59pm on those days. You will be provided with an entry device that will give you access to the space(s) you have access to, during these times. This membership does not provide access to a private office. These members do not have assigned seats in the co-working space. It is open seating.
Membership Payments All On Demand Visionary Workspaces Memberships will be invoiced on the 28th of every month. The payment is then collected 3 days later using an autopayment system. The member will have a choice if they would like to use a Debit or Credit Card payment method. The Debit/Credit Card payment method includes a 3.00% Transaction Fee. This fee will be paid for by the member at the time of the monthly payment. On Demand Visionary Workspaces is using a payment collection company named Stripe gather these payments at the time the payment is due. If a membership is started in the middle of the month (Invoicing period to invoicing period), the pricing of the that month will be prorated to the day that the member enrolled for their membership. The proration of a membership is based on a 30 day month, no matter the month of the year. Cancelation of Membership The Member is responsible for canceling their membership via the On Demand Visionary Workspaces website (www.visionaryworkspaces.com). If the Member decides to cancel the membership, the member will not be refunded any part of the last payment made. At the time of cancelation, the member will lose access to the On Demand Visionary Workspaces facility and all services provided. Use of Space (Conference Room) The Conference Room can be reserved in one-hour increments. This space is available throughout the day 7 days a week. Services can be available to use with the Conference Room, if noted when space is reserved (i.e. Apple TV, HDMI cable). On Demand Visionary Workspaces cannot guarantee that these will be available for use if not previously noted at the time of the reservation. On Demand Visionary Workspaces cannot guarantee that the Office Manager or Receptionist will be available during the time that the Conference Room has been reserved. Use of Space (Training Room) The Training Room can be reserved in one-hour increments. This space is available throughout the day, 7 days a week. Services can be available to use with the Training Room, if noted when space is reserved (i.e. Apple TV, HDMI cable). On Demand Visionary Workspaces cannot guarantee that these services will be available for use if not previously noted at the time of the reservation. On Demand Visionary Workspaces cannot guarantee that the Office Manager will be available during the time that the Training Room has been reserved. Use of Space (On Demand Office) The On Demand Office can be reserved on a daily basis. This space is available, 7 days a week. Services can be available to use with the On Demand Office, if noted when space is reserved (i.e. Apple TV, HDMI cable, Mail Service). On Demand Visionary Workspaces cannot guarantee that these services will be available for use if not previously noted at the time of the reservation. On Demand Visionary Workspaces cannot guarantee that the Office Manager will be available during the time that the Training Room has been reserved. Conference and Training Room Payments The individual reserving Conference or Training Room space must use a Debit/Credit Card for the payment of the space. The individual will incur a 3.00% Transaction Fee as a part of the reservation of the space. If the individual is a member, this payment will be made on the next invoice given to the member. If the individual is a contact, the payment will be do at the time of the reservation. A Member can cancel their reservation up to 1440 minutes (24 hours) before the reservation starts and receive a refund. If the reservation is canceled within 1440 minutes (24 hours) of the reservation starting, the member will not receive a refund. A Contact can cancel their reservation up to 1440 minutes (24 hours), but On Demand Visionary Workspaces cannot guarantee that this individual will receive a refund for the time they have reserved. If the reservation is canceled within 1440 minutes (24 hours) of the reservation starting, the contact will not receive a refund. Member Pricing On Demand Visionary Workspaces provides special pricing to all of its Members. This Member Pricing is a 10% discount on the reservation of the Conference Room and Training Room. These two spaces are available for reservation by the hour and the Member Pricing will be taken off automatically by the reservation system. Mail Service Mail Service is available as an addition to a Membership. The member will be billed monthly when their membership is due. Mail Service will be brought in each day and sorted by the Office Manager/Receptionist. On Demand Visionary Workspaces is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered mail.
